What is your refund policy?

It's a virtual product only meant for members of UKCF Arma 3 - meaning that once it's made we cannot refund it. If you make a purchase in error please immediately contact the store admin to get a refund.

How long until I have my purchase in the game?

It depends on what asset you are purchasing. Patches are made relatively quickly, but are only available when the mods update respectively. Custom plate carriers may take longer depending on the work needed on them.

Please note that whilst the creation and testing of the asset in game can go quick, the updates are packaged into PJHQ Equipment mod updates, meaning in some cases it could take multiple weeks depending on when mod updates align.

I will try my best to keep you up to date and communicate what state of availability your asset is in.

Please do not purchase something on a Friday and expect it to be in Saturday's OP. That will most definitely not happen.

Can I use this in other Arma 3 units / games?

No. Whilst we are more than happy to share any patch graphics we made for you for free, I am afraid 3d models like custom plate carriers will not be shared.

IMPORTANT: If you are not a member of a UKCF Arma 3 unit or one of it's directly affiliated units, please do not buy this. You simply will not get access to the asset as these items are only made for UKCF Arma 3 unit members.
